Welcome to Nexlay Farmhouse

We are pleased to host you and request your cooperation in following the below House Rules & Legal Terms, which are mandatory for all guests. By entering or staying on the premises, guests agree to comply with these terms.

  • 1. Check-In & Check-Out
    • Check-In Time: 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM. Guests must inform the caretaker or booking manager prior to arrival.
    • Check-Out Time: Before 10:00 AM. A grace period of 15–30 minutes may be allowed only with prior approval.
  • 2. Guest Verification
    • All guests must provide valid Government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Driving License, Passport, etc.) at the time of check-in (digital or physical).
    • Entry may be denied if valid ID is not produced.
  • 3. Payments & Security Deposit
    • All pending payments must be completed at check-in via Online Bank Transfer or QR Code.
    • Cash payments are accepted only with prior approval from the booking manager.
    • Security deposit (minimum ₹2,000) must be paid to the caretaker or via the provided QR code and is refundable subject to inspection, after deduction of cleaning charges or bank charges (if any/applicable).
  • 4. Extra Guests, Visitors & Pets
    • Entry of extra guests, visitors, or pets is permitted only with prior approval and additional charges, if applicable.
    • Unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited.
  • 5. Prohibited Activities (Strictly Enforced)

    The following are strictly prohibited on the premises:

    • Any illegal or unlawful activity
    • Drugs, narcotics, ganja, hukkah, or substances banned by law
    • Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
    • Escort services or immoral activities

    Violation may result in immediate eviction without refund, penalty charges, and police action if required by law.

  • 6. Alcohol Policy
    • Alcohol is NOT sold, served, or provided by Nexlay or its staff.
    • Guests may carry alcohol at their own responsibility, subject to government laws.
    • Alcohol consumption by persons below 18 years of age is strictly prohibited.
    • Any violation related to alcohol consumption by minors shall be the sole responsibility of the guest(s) involved.
  • 7. Noise & Music Policy
    • Music is allowed only till 10:00 PM and After 10:00 PM:
      • Music system must be switched off or the caretaker may take it back.
      • Guests may take prior written permission from police authorities for speaker use after 10:00 PM.
      • Abusing, shouting, or disturbing neighbours is strictly prohibited.
  • 8. Behaviour & Conduct
    • Guests must maintain decent behaviour towards the owner, staff, and other guests at all times.
    • Misconduct including nuisance, verbal abuse, physical violence, or disturbance to staff or neighbours will not be tolerated and may lead to eviction and legal action.
  • 9. Cleanliness & Property Care
    • Guests must maintain cleanliness inside and outside the premises.
    • Littering, vomiting, or damage due to intoxication must be cleaned immediately.
    • Cleaning or damage charges may be deducted from the security deposit.
  • 10. Pool or Bonfire
    • You will get any one of it as depends on Season or weather, Pool timings: 07 AM to 11 PM and bonfire: 07 PM to any time
  • 11. Liability & Responsibility
    • Guests are solely responsible for:
      • compliance with all government laws and regulations
      • Personal belongings, accidents, injuries, illness, or loss during the stay.
      • Any damage caused to property or fixtures.
      • The homestay owner, management, and caretaker shall not be held liable for any violation committed by guests.
  • 12. Legal Compliance & Indemnity
    • Nexlay Farmhouse, its owner, and caretaker shall not be held responsible for any unlawful acts committed by guests.
    • Concerned guest(s) shall bear full legal responsibility, including penalties or police proceedings.
    • Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the homestay owner, staff, and caretaker from any legal or police action arising due to guest misconduct.
  • 13. Right of Admission
    • Management reserves the right to:
      • Refuse entry
      • Evict guests
      • Terminate the stay without refund
    • In case of rule violation or non-compliance, management may inform the police.
