Nexlay Aqua Farmhouse – House Rules and Booking Terms

  • Check-in Time in between 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM. Must Inform to the host or caretaker at least 30 to 60 minutes before arrival.
  • Checkout standard timing at 10 AM, can increase upto 30 mins for best convenience.
  • Guests must present valid IDs at the time of check-in
  • Take a property tour and check all items, electronics, and gadgets to ensure they are working properly.
  • Security Deposit (Refundable) to be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Make all due payments at the time of check-in.
  • Inform the host in case of any changes in the number of allowed guests.
  • No illegal weapons or escorts are allowed on the premises.
  • Avoid any nuisance, excessive noise, abuse, violence, trouncing, or misbehavior with staff. If such complaints occur, guests must vacate the premises immediately without a refund.
  • Avoid loud music or excessive noise after 10:00 PM. But you can play little decent music later on no boundary
  • Commercial filming and photography are allowed with prior permission.
  • Cleaning charges may applicable as fees for caretaker service min to Rs 300 for use of Kitchen, Pool, BBQ, or Bonfire, but it can be negotiated with Caretaker if all fine.
  • Extra guest, visitor, or pet will be chargeable.
  • Avoid puking after drinking within the premises or ensure it is cleaned properly.
  • Keep children and pets safe, especially near the pool and bonfire area.
  • Please check out on time and hand over the keys and premises to the host or caretaker.
  • Any injuries, accidents, or illness occurring on the property are the guest’s responsibility.
  • Premise is fully safe but Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the stay.
  • Guests are liable for non-compliance with house rules or local laws by themselves or accompanying members.
  • Guests understand that the property is privately owned and take full responsibility for any damages or theft caused to the property, its contents, or shared spaces during their stay.

Safety

  • keep Food, Glasses, kids and Pets away from pool area for hygiene of premises, In case if any fire use ceasefire device.
  • o Keep Gas Stove and cylinder Lids close, All door locked, Lights, FAN, TV, ACs to be switched off (if out of premise).
  • Do not switch off CCTV, wi-fi points.

Cleaning

  • Keep kitchen and items clean if used to avoid cleaning charges.
  • Drink in limits and in case of puking in premise keep it clean to avoid any extra charges for cleaning.
  • Plz keep all waste and garbage in one place or in dustbins rest we will take care.

Damage

  • In case if any damage caused beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform Hosts of the damage as soon as possible and work with the Host to find a reasonable solution.
  • Guests are expected to pay reasonable requests for reimbursement if responsible, missing items, or unexpected cleaning.
